Assessment allows staff to record and review student results using structured sheets.

permission
To get started, go to the class you want and open the Assessment tab. You can access a group through My classes or by using the đ Quick search at the top right of your screen.
Navigate the sheet
Above the assessment sheet, youâll find the sheet selector and date controls.
Use the sheet selector to pick from any active sheet set up at your school.
The date controls let you view results and group membership based on a specific point in time. The most recent results per student will be shown.
Right-clicking on a cell brings up a number of tools:
Assessment details shows the columnâs configuration, including type, set, and any validations - such as a grade scheme.
Copy / paste allows you to duplicate values across cells. You can read more about this below.
Result details shows who entered a result and when.
Edit result lets you change an existing result rather than adding a new one.
Delete result permanently removes a result.
To export the data currently shown, click the options menu ( ⍜ ) in the top right corner.
âšď¸ Results are not tied to specific sheets. They are visible in any column with the same assessment configuration. Editing or deleting a column will not delete the result itself.

Enter results
Click into a cell and type to enter a new result. Pressing Enter confirms your input and moves you to the next row automatically.
If a result doesnât meet the columnâs validation rules, the cell will be highlighted red. Hover over it for an explanation of the issue.
As soon as youâve entered at least one valid result, the Save button will become active. Clicking Save commits all valid entries and discards any invalid ones. All saved results are timestamped using the selected date at the top of the sheet.
The way results behave depends on the configuration of the column:
Without an assessment set: students can have multiple results, each tied to a specific date.
With an assessment set: new entries will replace any previous result of the same assessment type for that student.
â ď¸ Each student can have only one result per assessment type, per assessment set.
Copy and paste
You can copy any populated cell by right-clicking it. Then, select one or more cells in the same column and right-click again to paste.
To paste into multiple cells, use Ctrl (or Cmd) + click to select them.
Currently, values cannot be pasted across columns. However, you can copy an entire column by right-clicking its header and selecting Copy column. It can only be pasted into a column with matching validations.
