permission
Registration times
Go to Tools > Apps > Attendance > Registration settings.
In the Registration times section, enter the start time and end time for each of the AM and PM registration sessions.
Where AM and / or PM registrations are the same as a lesson, link the registration session to the relevant teaching period; this eliminates the needs for marks to be entered twice for these periods. Note that this is not mandatory and should only be used if the session and lesson times are the same for the whole school.
After completing your selections, click Save to save your settings.
Incomplete register alerts
Decide which types of incomplete registers will trigger alerts to staff:
AM Registers
PM Registers
Lesson Registers
Use the toggles to enable/disable each option, then click Save.
Attendance rates
Choose how attendance percentages are calculated and displayed across Satchel One:
Session β based on AM/PM registrations only
Lesson β based on attendance in all lessons
Combined β a blend of session and lesson data
Use the dropdown menu to select your preferred calculation method, then click Save.
