When browsing a website, we occasionally run into an error page which advises us to clear our cache. This usually occurs when our browser tries to restore an older browsing session which has now expired.

If you ever come across this error while browsing Satchel One, please try the following steps.

Choose your browser

  1. Click on the 3 dots on the top right corner to open the menu

  2. On the drop down menu click on Settings

  3. In the Privacy and security section, click on Third-party cookies

  4. Select See all site data and permissions

  5. Type "SatchelOne" in the search field and delete the result

  1. Go to Safari > Preferences

  2. Select the Privacy tab

  3. Click on Manage Website data

  4. Search for "SatchelOne"

  5. Click Remove all

  1. Click the three-dot icon at the top-right corner of the screen, then select 'Settings'.

  2. On the navigation panel, go to 'Privacy, search, and services'.

  3. Scroll down to the 'Clear browsing data' section. In that, click 'Choose what to clear' to the right of the section.

  4. A menu will appear where you can check between all the site data categories, before clicking 'Clear now'.

⚠️ Note that Edge does not give you the option to delete the cookies of a specific site, so this action will log you out of all other websites.

  1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.

  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.

  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….

  4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
