Update your teacher or staff member account information

If you would like to change your personal details, password, or notification settings, simply go to Account settings.

My details

Here you can update your title, name, email, username, teacher role, and subject.

💡Top Tip: After updating any information here remember to click on Save changes. 

Non-teaching member of staff that will not be able to view the Teacher role, Main subject, or Bio sections as these fields are only available on Teacher accounts.

Feel free to provide your social media links to allow other Satchel One teachers to connect with you. These will be visible in the Community Resources area, if you choose to share your homework tasks with the community. 

Manage notifications

Simply enable the email notifications you would prefer to receive: the Daily digest, Weekly digest, and/or notifications for New events and announcements posted for the school. The notification settings are not available to non-teaching members of staff.

Profile picture

Add a profile picture on your account by clicking the blue upload button. You can also delete your current profile picture by clicking the red X button.

This feature is also available on the mobile apps. You simply go to Settings on the app and tap on your profile picture to select Take a photo to take a photo with your camera or Choose photo to upload a picture from your gallery.

Finally, you can get an iCal link to sync your Satchel One calendar to your personal calendar on your device.

Integrate you Google account with Satchel One

If your school is using Google Classroom, you You can choose to link or unlink your Satchel One and Google accounts here.

Linking the two will allow your Google Classroom tasks to be automatically imported into Satchel One. If you’d like to stop this integration, you can click ‘Remove’ instead.
