The User Activity Report allows you to monitor whether students, teachers, and parents are actively using Satchel One.

How do I generate my report?

To generate your report, click the Reports tab from your navigation panel and select View report under User Activity Report.

What does the report indicate?

Once on the User Activity Report page, you will see a list of pupils and their corresponding year and registration groups. The final column will either indicate the date and time of the user's last activity on Satchel One, or it will read 'Never logged in' if the user has not yet accessed their account. To filter the User Activity Report, use the four drop-down menus at the top of the page.

Top tip: To monitor parent or teacher activity, filter the report using the first drop-down menu at the top of the page. You can filter the student Activity Report by class, year group and registration group, or simply search for a specific student to view the last time they logged into their Satchel One account.

How do I export my results?

Once you have applied the relevant filters you can then export your results to an XLS by selecting the green XLS icon in the upper right-hand corner of the report. This ensures that your results can be populated into tables and graphs for record keeping and presentation purposes.

Top tip: Want a quick overview rather than a full-scale report? Use insights to view activity and submissions stats for individual students, classes and homework tasks in a click. Find out more here.
