What is Satchel One Plus?
Wrapped into Satchel One Plus packages, these features were made available to parents through monthly subscriptions. Once enabled they will be activated for all associated student accounts.

What made you decide to develop Satchel One Plus features?
We have a vocal parent community that heavily relies on our app. The most popular feature requests from our parent users do not coincide with our product priorities for schools. To make sure that we can support parent needs, we have developed the most popular feature requests based off the feedback we collected.
Does this change your existing mobile app offering?
Absolutely not. All existing features and bolt on apps your school has subscribed to will still be available to parents. We’re simply offering additional features for the comfort of parents, but this will not impact their child’s education.
How do these Satchel One Plus features work?
These features are offered as part of paid for plans that you can subscribe to from our app. These plans are charged to your App store/Google Play accounts on a monthly basis.
How do I subscribe?
You are able to subscribe directly through the app, through a dedicated Satchel One Plus screen which provides more detail about the benefits of the features so they are able to make an informed decision.
To subscribe to any of our plans tap the three lines on the top left corner of your app, then Upgrade > Start free trial and then the green button. On tapping this button you will be asked to complete the payment for your subscription.
Are you offering free trials?
Yes, parents are able to try out any of our Satchel One Plus packages for free for 7 consecutive days.
What should I do if I subscribed but am unable to use my premium features ?
More often than not this is simply sorted by tapping our Satchel One Plus screen. To find this screen tap the 'One Plus' option from your home screen. This should refresh your screen and set you up with your new premium features. If this doesn't work please check that you have the most recent version of the app. Once you've made sure you have the most up to date version of the app then you can log out and log back into the app.
How do I or my child apply a custom colour to my Satchel app?
Whether logged in parent or as a student, custom colours can be applied when Satchel One Plus features are enabled. To choose a different colour to our Satchel theme, tap the three lines on the top left corner of your app and then tap Settings (the cog) > Personalised app. Select the colour you want to apply and it will save automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription to our Satchel One Plus plans at any point from the App store or Google Play. Cancelling your subscription effectively means that you will receive your subscription content for the remainder of the current billing period, regardless of the cancellation date. The cancellation will go into effect after the current billing period has passed.

Can I pause my subscription?
At the moment pausing a subscription is only available on Google Play, not on the App store. All parents using an Android device will therefore be able to pause their subscription.
How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade through the App store/Google Play or our mobile apps directly. To do that tap the three lines on the top left corner of your app, then One Plus > Start free trial and then the green button below the plan you want to replace your current subscription plan with. On tapping this button you will be asked to complete the subscription change. The upgrade will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
How do I downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade through the App store/Google Play or our mobile apps directly. To do that tap the three lines on the top left corner of your app, then One Plus > Start free trial and then the green button below the plan you want to replace your current subscription plan with. The downgrade will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
