The Seating report allows you to quickly see which classes do not have plans so that you can to identify the gaps that are present at your school and contact the relevant teacher.

When opening the report all classes at your school will be listed sorted to show those with the least first.

If you want to focus on a particular year you can use the year dropdown to select one or more year groups by which to filter classes.

If you wish to process this data further you can use the 'XLS' button in the action bar to export this report in a spreadsheet.

At any point you can click the export button to export all of the plans for the currently filtered list of classes.

Combining this with the student filters allows you to print plans for all classes for a specific student.
