All parents / guardians on Satchel One are asked to verify their accounts; this is to ensure that only genuine parents / guardians of a student can access their data.

Why was my account deleted?

For parent / guardian accounts created before September 2023, emails were sent from Satchel One prompting users to verify their existing account before 31st October to avoid account deletion.

For new accounts created during or after September 2023, verification is required within 28 days of account creation in order to avoid an automated deletion.

You may have received an email notifying you that your account has now been deleted and we wanted to explain a little more about this process.

Why was the account unverified?

  • You may have multiple parent / guardian accounts

  • You may have signed up more than once with different email addresses

  • There may have been a typo in your email address, therefore our communications did not reach you

  • You may not have been actively using Satchel One and did not see our verification prompts

  • Your child's school may no longer be using Satchel One

What do I need to do?

If you no longer need this Satchel One account, there is no need to do anything! Your personal details will be permanently deleted from our system.

If you do still need access to Satchel One, please follow these steps to create a new account.

What if I was using Satchel One Plus?

If you had previously subscribed to Satchel One premium app features, you will now need to deactivate your subscription; please follow the respective links in order to action this.
