What is the On call report?

You can use the On call report to monitor incidents, track their status status, and view a summary of all On call incidents across the school.

To access the report, go to Reports β†’ On call report.

Use the academic year and date range filters to refine the report.

ℹ️ If the current academic year is missing from the list, it might not be set up correctly. To update this, go to Tools > School > Academic Structure > Academic Years, select the academic year, and ensure the start and end dates are correctly configured.

Summary

The summary groups alerts by status by default. You can change the summary type to instead group incidents by:

  • Reporter

  • Assignee

  • Student

  • Location

Alert log

The alert log provides a full list of On call incidents at your school. Here, you'll find key details such as:

  • Who reported the incident

  • The students involved

  • The assigned staff member handling the alert

  • When the incident was created

  • When it was marked as closed

  • The current status of the alert

  • The location of the incident

  • Any additional logged information

You can sort the data by any column, and filter by typing within each search field to quickly find specific incidents.

Export data

Click Export data within each section to download a CSV for further analysis.
