Filter Issued Tasks
The filtering options at the top of the page are used to refine the list of tasks.
By default, the date range covers the past week, but you can customise it to cover a specific timeframe. Select the date range you require and click Apply dates. The selected dates refer to when the task was set live to students and parents ('Issue Date').
In More filters, you will find further options to refine your list of tasks. Toggle on each setting to view all available options.

As an alternative, you can filter the list of tasks by any of the individual column headings. Underneath each heading, there is a box called ‘Filter data’. In this box, type the word you’d like to filter by and press Enter on your keyboard.
Export data
To export the Issued Tasks in CSV format, click the blue button ‘Export CSV’ on the top right-hand side of the screen. Any filters you have applied will be carried over.
Use cases
Issued Tasks is versatile and customisable. We’ve outlined a few common use cases below.
Evaluate homework quality
Each task is hyperlinked, allowing you to click into the task and monitor the quality of work set by the teacher. Have they provided clear instructions? Is the task relevant to the syllabus? Is the task too easy or difficult? Have they given the students an appropriate amount of time to complete the task?
Alternatively, rather than clicking into each task individually, the Issued Tasks report can be exported to CSV. The CSV export contains the full description of each task, one after the other, allowing you to evaluate multiple tasks more efficiently.
HoDs - View tasks set within a department
Heads of Department (HoDs) often need an overview of the work teachers in their department are setting. To achieve this, use the subject filter to select all relevant subjects. For example, a Head of Science might want to include Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
