Set up your On call system

What is On call setup?

The On Call setup allows you to create designated staff team to receive instant alerts when a situation requires immediate attention, such as challenging student behaviour.

When an alert is triggered, all members of the On call team will be notified via push notification on the mobile app and via the Priority alerts area on the web browser.

Curate your On call team

🔒 The actions within this section require permissions for On call setup.

To curate your On Call team, please go to Tools > Apps > Behaviour > On call.

You'll see a list of any staff who are part of the team, the date they were added, and how many alerts they’ve been assigned since then. You can remove an existing member by clicking Delete.

To add more staff to the team:

  1. Click Add staff.

  2. Search for the desired staff members and multi-select as necessary.

  3. When you're done, click Save.
