This article contains a complete list of every individual notification which users can receive on Satchel One.
There are four different types of notification - web, push, email and priority alert:
Web - Accessible via the notifications icon on the top right-hand side of the screen when logged in on any web browser. Click the icon to see and interact with each new notification individually.
Push - Sent via the Satchel One mobile app (iOS or Android). Alerts the user via their mobile device.
Email - Sent to the email address associated with the user’s Satchel One account.
Priority alert - Automated popup which remains on the middle of the screen until closed. Can be accessed again later via the priority alerts icon on the top right-hand side (next to the magnifying glass).
