What is Account settings?
Your account settings let you manage personal details, update your login information, and control notifications.
View Account settings
To access your settings, click Account settings at the top of the navigation panel.
My details
🔒 The actions within this section are controlled by the My details permission
You can update your title, name, email address, and username here. Only your title and surname are visible to students and parents.
Change password
You can set a new password here. If your school uses Single Sign-On (SSO), this section will be disabled so that all credentials are managed centrally by your school.
Manage notifications
Choose which notifications you’d like to receive on the website, via email, or through the mobile app. You can adjust these preferences at any time.
Profile photo
🔒 The actions within this section are controlled by the Profile photo permission
If permitted by your school, you’ll see options to upload a new photo or remove your existing one. If the option is missing, contact your school administrator for support.
iCal sync
Generate a calendar feed that includes all your homework and class tasks. You can sync this to any personal calendar app that supports iCal.
Click Reset to generate a new link. This will invalidate your previous iCal URL, so be sure to update your connected calendar if needed.
