What are Linked schools?
The Linked Schools page allows you to view and manage schools with which you frequently exchange student data, such as feeder and destination schools.
🔒 The actions within this section are controlled by the Linked schools permission
View Linked schools
Navigate to Tools > Schools > Linked schools.
View the list of existing Linked school names, identifying information, and phone numbers.
The list is ordered by school name, but you can instead order by to Estab or URN.
You can search for any school by name or code.
Use the Actions to Edit or Delete existing records.
Create Linked school
Linked schools are automatically created when you import CTF files based on the information in the student’s school history.
You can also create schools manually if needed.
Click Create to open the sidebar
Enter the school name
Optionally enter the schools identifying details:
Local authority
Establishment number
URN
Phone
Click Save
